This £0.99 re-download token is for existing EPP customers who have already purchased a digital guide and need their download access restored.
After purchasing, contact excellentpointpromoters@gmail.com with your original order number and the guide title. We will verify the original purchase and restore or resend access.
This token does not include a new ebook purchase. It is an access-restoration service for a previously purchased EPP guide.

How is this delivered?
This is a digital PDF. Your configured digital-delivery app supplies the download after purchase.
Is shipping required?
No. Mark the product as non-physical in Shopify so customers are not asked for shipping details for delivery purposes.
Can I get a refund after downloading?
Digital-product refund rights can vary by location. Your store refund policy should clearly explain the terms that apply before purchase.
